This home offers 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, with plenty of living space and amenities. Upon entering the ground floor, you will have plenty of space to store your beach chairs, coolers and fishing gear. Beach towels are supplied. The first floor offers a waterfront bedroom with a deck overlooking the intracoastal waterway, ideal to savor your coffee each morning! This room has a 55 inch 4K intelligent TV and a king-size bed with pull out trundle. The second bedroom on this floor is cavernous and has a queen bed and 3 constructed-in bunk beds with a 50-inch 4K TV. In the hallway is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer, as well as a full bath with shower/tub combo.The second floor of this home is where you will find the main living spaces, including the kitchen, dining area, and living room. Sliders off the living room open onto a waterfront deck with comfortable chairs and a table. The entirely equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional seats at the bar. The living room has plenty of seating with three couches and additional chairs. A 65 inch 4K Intelligent TV is here to watch all your favorite shows. You are supplied with puzzles and games for all ages, and even binoculars to watch the birds!The third floor has two additional bedrooms and bathrooms, including the roomy primary suite with sliders to a waterfront deck, ideal for beverages or morning coffee (Keurig and coffee supplied)! There is a walk-in closet and a 55-inch 4K TV. The bath has a whirlpool tub, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom on this floor has a queen size bed and a beach view.
