Get your exercise in the indoor community pool, or at the outdoor pool in Summer. Our boardwalk to the beach is shared only with other community guests. The building is served by an elevator. Downstairs, there is an indoor pool and spa. Another pool lies outside along with a grilling and picnic area ideal for outdoor entertaining. The guest parking lot is across the street, but you may temporarily stop your car near the elevator lobby to unload your car and drop off guests. Around-the-clock security helps residents, visitors, and their guests feel safe at all times. Pelican Watch offers residents an simple walk, jog, bicycle, or drive to either beach pier, as it is midway between the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and the Kure Beach Pier.
