These waters are known for Flounder, Speckled Trout, Redfish, and more – with any luck, they’ll make your reel scream. On these trips, it’s common to use light tackle.

Thinking of bringing the whole family? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks!

You’ll be dropping lines from a 19’ Carolina Skiff center console with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for a good time! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain. Don’t leave home without sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
