You get entire 3-bedroom home for you and your group. The property is a duplex. You will be sharing a wall with neighbors. Parking spots will be in the designated driveway. Two cars fit comfortably in our section of the driveway and one in the garage.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Carolina Beach vacation home experience:

Sticking to your budget:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the largest vacation home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Reserving your rental up to 12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental home.
  • Hosts and Property managers sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Check with your property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
  • Property management companies usually offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for more information.
  • Find a copy of your local Cape Fear area area magazine when you check-in. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great local information, travel guide magazines have deals for local shops and restaurants.

  • Lock your rental property while you're gone! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all personal items. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your family have a terrific stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for guests to provide reviews.
