"Beats Work'n" A cavernous privately owned single family, 7th row home on the West end of Sunset Beach. This mid island home offers an handsome location which is close proximity to the beach (31st Street beach access), pier and shopping. There is a screened porch, roof deck, sun deck & covered porch. • Lock your rental while you're out and about. Protect your property!
• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
• Did your group have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or host was terrific, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was imperfect and they failed to correct it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
