Family Tides West, a handsome well maintained privately owned ocean front duplex located on the West side of the Island with spectacular ocean vistas. It is one home away from a beach access. This home features tile floor throughout the main kitchen, dining and living areas. Interior amenities include WIFI Internet, 3 Roku & 1 cable TV's, central heat & air, ceiling fans, Freshly modernized kitchen and appliances for 2023= dishwasher, microwave & refrigerator & stove; coffee maker and washer, dryer. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, sundeck, screened porch & covered porch. This is stringently a ****NON SMOKING & NO FAMILY PETS****home. This home is a Linens Included home with the following included - Linens for all beds, 1-modest bath set per guest, 2-hand towels per bathroom, bath mats, & kitchen towel sets. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the ocean. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.   • Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of NC. To find the best value, consider shifting your family's Cape Fear area vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and even October offer excellent weather, fewer crowds, and greatly reduced traffic.
