Do you appreciate being able walk to the beach and work on the tan in 60 seconds??? Welcome to Our Gang!!! It is located second row on Sunset Beach with the beach access right outside your front door.
We are in the process of doing updates. In 2019, we just installed new floors and put NEW Mattresses. We also added a Second King Bed with new furnishings. We refreshed the DVD Players and installed faster WIFI. Stay tuned to future updates after this rental season.
One of our favorite things to do at the beach is to sit in the colorful rocking chairs and take in the ocean view from the screened in deck.

There is nothing like waking up in the morning with the sliding doors open and listening to the waves on the beach.

This home is very clean and well maintained with a bright and open floor plan. Savor the reliable hot water heaters, outside shower and crisp air conditioner after a long day at the beach.

We supply the comforters, bed pads and pillows. Renters must supply linens, towels, paper products and cleaning supplies for their stay.

The kitchen has all of the amenities of home with plenty of counter space. Dining room table seats 6 with 4 more at the bar.

  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to make sure you haven't forget anything. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a terrific vacation? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
