A'Bout Time, a cute, clean 12th row privately owned single family home located on the West end of the island with a straight walk to the beach. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 4 color cable TVs, DVD player, stereo/cd player, WIFI & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

Sunset Beach is home to this vacation home. Cherry Grove Pier and Rees Jones Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve and Heritage Shores Nature Preserve.
