  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your rental property 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your vacation home.
