The Space:
This striking beach home is the ideal gathering spot to kick back and relax in the sunshine! You can spend your day calming by the peaceful pool, or walk right across the street to appreciate the ocean waves. Blue Heaven has the ideal layout to accomodate a enormous family, 20 people to be exact. With 1 king bed, 6 queen beds, 2 sets of bunk beds beds, and 1 sleeper couch.

Finding the best rental home value:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental homes are reserved early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To get the largest rental home within budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at local restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
  • Property management companies often offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance.   • Walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.

If your property and/or property manager was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
