Luxurious OCEANFRONT resort property located at the exclusive west end of Holden Beach in a private, gated community. The home has all the space you need including an inverted floor plan with over 5,000 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 9.5 baths, elevator, multiple upsized wraparound decks, and extraordinary one-of-a-kind ocean and inlet vistas. Bordering the property is a 24-acre natural preserve -- a really exclusive surrounding. This resort property includes refreshed furnishings, linens (bed linens included), appliances, and décor.

NEW FOR 2024 SEASON: Renovated game room including ping pong table and pool table, in home double laundry with 2 new washer/dryer stacked units, new floor on middle floor, new interior painting throughout, artificial turf installed in back yard including 3-hole putting green. This really creates an marvelous outdoor space for all to savor.

This sizable family-friendly and immaculate home features an inverted floor plan that includes a gourmet kitchen, sizable living room, two dining areas and two master bedrooms on the top floor. Both master bedrooms are cavernous and have ocean and intracoastal waterway vistas and enormous en suite bathrooms. The kitchen has bespoke granite countertops, tile backsplash, new appliances, constructed-in commercial refrigerator double ovens, and is well-supplied with every gadget, modest appliance, and utensil needed to prepare huge meals or accommodate take-out from any of the many eateries on the island. The living room includes new furnishings with a huge flat-screen tv, expansive ocean vistas, bar area with a constructed-in ice maker and wine refrigerator that spills over to a huge covered veranda.

The second floor includes 6 bedrooms each with their own attached bathroom. A second living room with a large TV and pull out sleeper couch is a ideal hangout space for kids or adults. The utility room on this floor includes a front-load washer and dryer, and laundry/utility sink. The ground floor includes a two-car garage and game room complete with pool table, ping pong table, and a secondary full-size refrigerator for additional cold food and drink storage. The game room leads directly out to the broad pool deck and is the ideal entertainment space.

The 3/4 acre grounds include lush landscaping, over 70 enormous palm trees, fenced yard, and a backyard getaway with a large deck ideal for calming by the saltwater pool and hot tub, grilling dinner or appreciating the afternoon sun and warm nighttime breeze. The pool home includes a full bath -- a great convenience for coming off the beach. The expansive vistas from any of the 6 porches are unlike any vistas of the ocean and intracoastal waterways on the island. Walk along the lighted catwalk down to the beach which is very secluded; or appreciate the beachfront gazebo. The home is one of the last properties on the west end of the island and is extremely private and peaceful.

Holden Beach is a peaceful, family-friendly beach recognized as a top beach by USA Today and a top-10 beach by National Geographic Traveler’s Magazine. There are no hotels or high-rise complexes, just family owned cottages. Holden Beach is part of the barrier island chain in southeastern NC and is also located roughly 35 miles from Wilmington, NC and Myrtle Beach, SC -- making trips for shopping, eating and entertaining very convenient. Holden Beach is also well-located for 30 area golf courses.
