Beach access is only a 5-min. walk away, making it painless to savor both the sound and the sea.

Perfectly positioned for relaxation and recreation, guests can walk to Crystal Pier, Oceanic Restaurant, Sundays Café, and close by surf stores (just 0.5 miles away). Entertainment options abound with a ping pong table, foosball, air hockey, video games, board games, and plenty of beach and water toys for countless fun.

1st Floor – Ground Level Game Room:
The ground floor is a game lover’s dream, featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, air hockey, Wii and Xbox consoles, a TV with comfortable seating, and a half bathroom.

2nd Floor – Main Living Area:
Designed to showcase the impressive water vistas, the open-concept living space features vaulted ceilings, enormous windows, and comfortable seating. The living room includes a huge TV and a collection of games, while the chef’s kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, white cabinetry, a sizable island with seating for eight, a wet bar with wine refrigerator, and a walk-in pantry. Two dining tables (one seating eight and the other seating six) make family meals a breeze. The expansive soundfront deck is ideal for sunset gatherings.

Bedroom 1 (Queen) – Street-facing with private deck access; shares the hall bathroom on this level.

3rd Floor – Bedroom Level:
This floor includes three guest bedrooms and a convenient laundry room.
Bedroom 2 (Queen) – Sound-facing with private deck access and an attached Jack-and-Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 3 (Two Twins) – Street-facing with deck access and shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. (Note: This room does not have a closet.
Bedroom 4 (King) – Street-facing with deck access and a private ensuite bathroom.
Additional Sleeping: Queen pull-out sleeper couch located on this floor.

4th Floor – Top Floor:
Bedroom 5 (Primary King Suite) – Sound-facing with private deck access, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanities and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 6 (Two Twins + Extra-Long Twin Daybed) – Ocean-facing with deck access offering both sound and ocean vistas.

These two rooms are separated by a convenient wet bar with mini refrigerator and elevator access. Please note: Guests staying in the twin bedroom on this floor will access the bathroom through the master suite; double doors can be closed to create privacy.

There is a keyless entry lock on this door only. Guests are assigned a personal entrance code for the duration of their stay. There are no keys and no need to check in or out at the office. Guests will be emailed their door code prior to their check-in. Everything in this home was made to provide a safe, no-anxiety, contactless process where you can relax from the moment you arrive.

Included With Your Stay: Beach Towels, Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens. Beds will be made upon arrival.
