The Space:

Inside, the home features high ceilings, fresh lighting, and a chef’s dream kitchen with bespoke cabinetry and a gas range. The open-concept living area includes a completely outfitted kitchen with a central island for coffee and chats, plus a modern dining table ideal for bigger gatherings.

The cavernous king master suite offers a full ensuite with a bespoke-tiled walk-in shower. Two additional guest rooms provide ample space: one with a queen bed and TV, and the other a bunk room with a pyramid bunk bed and a standard bunk bed, accommodating up to 5. These rooms share a conveniently located full bath, and a walk-in laundry room with constructed-in cabinets completes the interior.

Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.

**Pool Heat Available on Request from Sept. 15th thru May 15th for $500 per week, $75 per day.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
