This reverse-plan, four-bedroom, 4.5 bath Dudley Parker constructed home is perched up on a wooded, winding drive-emerging above treetops to reveal spectacular seascapes. The home is conveniently located near the center of the Island and close to the Market, island shopping, dining and all clubs and amenities. And most importantly, direct beach access to South Beach is only a 2-min. walk.

This home's first level offers private front and side porches and, inside, its entryway warmly welcomes you to beach living. The first floor offers three, freshly painted and modernized suites-each include new wood floors, their own private full-bath with granite counters and tiled showers.
