Off of the entryway are three suites-each including its own full, private bath with granite counters and tiled showers. Upstairs, a vaulted-ceiling open floor plan makes the most of its walls of windows by highlighting ocean panoramas extending from Frying Pan Shoals all the way down South Beach. The bright living space is anchored by a gas fireplace, features constructed-ins and extends egress to the home's piece-de-resistance-its deep, covered water-facing front and side porches. You'll spend contented hours here rocking while relishing shimmering seascapes and savoring snacks as well as salty breezes at the al fresco dining area. If inside meals are your preference, you'll still be surrounded by briny vistas at the generous, window-surrounded dining table. Nearby a granite breakfast bar offers even more seating. The gourmet kitchen serves up stainless appliances, plenty of storage and counter space and both water and forested dune vistas. Down the hall, the King Owner's suite features additional sunlit water perspectives, its own access to the upper porch, a private office and an oversize ensuite bath with a his/her vanity, a water closet, and a huge sea-glass pebble/tiled shower.
