Savor marvelous ocean and waterway vistas from this great dune home! Inverted floor plan with vaulted ceilings, open living/dining area with enormous, well-equipped kitchen. Four bedrooms all with ceiling fans, three and a half baths, sitting room, 2 sleeper couches (bed linens not supplied), TVs, WIFI, washer/dryer. Outdoor amenities include three covered porches, one screened porch, Enclosed H/C Outside Shower, a foot shower, picnic table, and a gas grille. Private beach access located at end of street between 1127 & 1129 OBW. Access to private community pier on the waterway! Great beach home for family and friends!

Please be aware that although this is not a pet friendly rental, the owner brings their personal pet to the property. Guests with animal allergies may wish to consider an alternate home. Absolutely no family pets or smoking allowed on this property.
