Our home is located on a deep water canal with boat dock directly behind our home. Just steps away from the beach. Our home has 2 separate units. Lower has 1 king, 1 full and a twin. There is an upper and a level unit. Each unit is 2 bdrm/1 bath, separate kitchen and living rooms. I rent each unit for between $135-$200 nighttime. You can rent 1 unit or both units if you need more space. Each unit sleeps 6 or both sleep 12. Each unit is completely separate. See HomeAway property #163509 for more space. Our dock with accommodate up to a 24 ft boat. Prior to booking please ask if dock is available for boat.

About the Area

Holden Beach is home to this vacation home. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting.

Get the best rental value:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. Booking your vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation rental.
  • Some hosts offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the property a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
