Humble By The Sea is a alluring traditional-style beach bungalow located in the West Beach area of Oak Island. It has impressive wood floors throughout and is brand new for the 2019/2020 season with a complete update inside and out. Updating includes new kitchen, electrical, plumbing, floors, walls, linens, artwork, etc. Luxurious details, a nautical theme, and soft grey décor with white trim give this home a relaxing, comfortable ambiance.

The ground level offers covered parking and one enclosed hot/cold outside shower with a changing area. All rooms are located on the main level, including a kitchen and living room in the main living area, two full bathrooms, and four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin roll-away beds if needed.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to charter a fishing boat, have a great night out, or the best spots for bird watching?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
