'It's After 12' is located at 238 OBE and has all the convenience and space to comfortably accommodate your guests. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and a single and the second bedroom has a queen with a private bathroom. The second floor has two baths and two bedrooms with a queen and single in the first and a queen in the second. You'll have central AC, a dishwasher, a microwave, a washer/dryer, a cable TV, a DVD player, and complimentary WiFi. Other amenities include open and covered porches, a fish sink, an outside shower, a walkway to the beach, and parking under the home.

When to visit Holden Beach & When to book:

  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families book their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we highly recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • Property managers sometimes offer rate reductions for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection.
