Opposite the kitchen is a dining nook that is lined with plush throw pillows to ensure a comfortable dining experience. An additional high top bistro table provides additional dining space for guests or for informal meals.

The converted sunroom creates a delightful and welcoming living area for families to relax, catch up on their favorite shows, and gives the ideal amount of natural light to cozy up with a good book. A high-top bar provides a great selection of stemware and makes hosting a breeze. Grab your cold drink of choice and make your way through the laundry room to the cavernous back yard.
