Deja Blue is centrally located to everything Wilmington has to offer, we even have a awesome restaurant, Molly Pitcher’s literally steps away. Rachel makes the best Bloody Mary ever! ????

Water bugs are very common at the beach, especially during the summer months. We have our home sprayed inside and out every 3 months. Should you have a problem, let me know and our exterminator will be there to help.

  • Just prior to departing, take a walk-through to confirm you didn't forget anything. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the host isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Remember to leave a review! Hosts rely on excellent ratings to stimulate more bookings. They'll be grateful for your feedback.
