This home is a newly remodeled century year old home! With its wrap around front porch, roomy floor plan, upsized front windows, well supplied kitchen (even with some basic spices), Alexa, and much more, we know you will feel right at home during your stay here at Deja Blue. We wanted to create a space that is warm, inviting, and family friendly!
Deja Blue is centrally located to everything Wilmington has to offer, we even have a phenomenal restaurant, Molly Pitcher’s literally steps away. Rachel makes the best Bloody Mary ever! ????

Other things to note
Water bugs are very common at the beach, especially during the summer months. We have our home sprayed inside and out every 3 months. Should you have a problem, let me know and our exterminator will be there to help.

You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer special rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your group.
• Property managers often offer customers an option to add trip insurance.
