Unwind with the whole family at this relaxing place to stay. Plenty of property for the adults and a park across the street to keep the kids entertained. Located in the Downtown area and within walking distance to many of the areas fashionable attractions. Take a 15/20 min. drive to the beach and savor the sun and sand! Want to have an appealing nighttime, make reservations at any of the top rated eateries with spectacular vistas and finish the evening at one of our rooftop bars or relax and stay in!

SMOKING: We are a smoke-complimentary-home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.

Any smoking or drugs on the premises, your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

Princess Place, a neighborhood in Wilmington, is home to this vacation home. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Brooklyn Arts Center at St. Andrews are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Carolina Heights and Cape Fear Museum. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property managers usually offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. • Inspect the property a final time and look for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the host isn't available, ensure that you take photographs of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a wonderful time? Many rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide feedback. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear about it. If anything was amiss and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
