Located in the Downtown area and within walking distance to many of the areas trendy attractions. Take a 15/20 min. drive to the beach and savor the sun and sand! Want to have an appealing nighttime, make reservations at any of the top rated eateries with spectacular vistas and finish the evening at one of our rooftop bars or relax and stay in!

SMOKING: We are a smoke-complimentary-home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.

Any smoking or drugs on the premises, your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

• Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback.
