Unwind with the whole family at this calming place to stay. Plenty of property for the adults and a park across the street to keep the kids entertained. Located in the Downtown area and within walking distance to many of the areas trendy attractions. Take a 15/20 min. drive to the beach and savor the sun and sand! Want to have an appealing nighttime, make reservations at any of the top rated eateries with spectacular vistas and finish the evening at one of our rooftop bars or relax and stay in!

SMOKING: We are a smoke-complimentary-home, including the front and backyard. This includes vaping. If you smoke, leave the premises (meaning NO smoking outside the home either). We charge $500 for smoking outside and $2,000 for smoking inside + all restoration, cleaning, and remediation costs.

Any smoking or drugs on the premises, your stay will be cancelled and you will have to leave the property immediately.

  • Property managers sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special discounts are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers typically offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Additional pet fees or may be applied to your contract.
  • If there's an individual Cape Fear area beach you long to visit, browse rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater to your requirements.

Advice for your stay:

  • Hosts are there to help! Don't be shy to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the rental when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Make a record of any issues with the rental during check in, and immediately send them to the owner. We specifically recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that can be useful if a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order delicious takeout, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
  • Re-check the property to make sure that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition.
  • Remember to leave feedback! Property managers rely on good feedback to compel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will be thankful you shared your experience find their best vacation rental. Be fair with your review. If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the owner could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded expeditiously to remedy it.
