The upstairs unit comes refreshed with all of the modern amenities and invites you to relax into vacation mode as you look out at the beach from the balcony or sunroom. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating around the TV for you and your guests to watch your favorite team or movie. There is additional seating with a couch and armchair that creates a welcoming gathering space. Prepare your favorite meals in the entirely outfitted kitchen and appreciate as you gather in the breakfast nook or the dining area. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed and TV so you can stay up-to-date on favorite shows. The en suite Jack-and-Jill bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower and simple access from the master or the guest bedroom with a queen-size bed. A second bathroom in the hall includes a tub/shower combination and the third bedroom is styled with two twin-size beds ideal for the kids. There is a pull out couch bed in the main living area as well.

The downstairs unit is completely modernized and resembles that of a Home Decor magazine! There is a 7 nighttime minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons. Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Long Beach, a neighborhood in Oak Island. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Oak Island Golf Club and The Clubs at St. James.   • To book the most suitable vacation home within budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions.
  • The earlier you can book a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked early.
