A roomy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 guests - with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full/double beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms and an upsized covered porch with impressive ocean vistas along with great vistas of the pool.

Sizable screen intelligent TVs are located in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with Roku devices and Hulu live & on-demand included. Free, high speed wifi available throughout the condo.

The rooms are all very cavernous and are designed for added comfort with cushy furnishings and comfortable beds. The Kitchen is completely refreshed and completely equipped with all of the gadgets and silverware that make meals painless breezy including a pancake griddle, waffle maker, Instantpot , kitchen aid mixer and blender. Upgraded pots and pans, lobster pots, baking pans, casserole dishes and even BBQ silverware

The dining room will accommodate 8 for dinner and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.

Outdoor enjoyment areas abound to enhance your beach visit. The Pool is available (seasonally) for use along with outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor shower. Access to the private, outdoor storage area is also supplied, with beach toys, beach wagon and chairs for your enjoyment while on the beach!

While the additional huge patio with great ocean vistas accommodates 6 people, the front porch also has a sweet bench for 2 for a peaceful view of the beach for early morning sunrises.
