WELCOME to Historic Ebert-Artis Cottage!

We hope you have a great stay in Wilmington's Stunning Historic District! The Ebert-Artis House is a remodeled downtown home with modern amenities all while maintaining its historic appeal. This property features a stately front porch, fashonable modern kitchen, striking wood floors, fenced in rear yard, and off street parking! The upstairs features two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom and a handsome owner's suite, which includes a refreshed bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and huge walk-in shower. The downstairs features office (or 4th bedroom!), formal dining, eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. You'll adore spending time in the roomy backyard complete with a fire pit and grille. The home is equipped with a whole home water filtration system and comes with plenty of room to have space for all of your family and friends!

The location of Ebert-Artis Cottage really can't be beat. You'll be able to conveniently walk to all the striking stores and eateries that Downtown Wilmington has to offer. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away as well. You're close enough to get all the benefits of downtown but in a peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, porch, and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

• Inspect the property one final time and scan for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
