You are just steps away from the white sand beach, ocean, or pool to relax and play! Note: The fireplace shown in the photos is not operable.

When to visit & When to book:

  • Summer is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes.
  • The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your rental home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Walk through the rental a final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager is not available, take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did your family have a great vacation? Most rental managers make it easy for guests to provide feedback. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
