Come and "Sea" this golf course view condo in Royal James neighborhood located in the heart of Bald Head. Plan to turn your phone on Airplane Mode and savor the serenity of the wildlife on island on the back deck overlooking the handsome course. This unit is a top floor condo for your own privacy with two decks overlooking the island vistas. The main floor has a king bedroom with attached bathroom and down the hall is a bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed. Have the kids appreciate the loft area where there are three twin beds. The kitchen has been refreshed along with the elegantly decorated living area right beside it. Saving the best for last, enjoy the neighborhood community pool thats a walk way!
