There is a sizable deep-water dock for the boating enthusiast or fishing and crabbing on the Big Davis Canal. Sink and fish cleaning station is available on the dock. Tie your boat off at the private dock after a day on the water. BOAT LIFT IS NOT FOR GUEST USE. Attention has been paid to every detail of this home. It has many upgrades and renovations from top to bottom including bamboo wood floor, granite counter tops, elevated swimming pool, and master bath Jacuzzi that make it the ideal home for you and your family to appreciate here at Oak Island. The elevator accepts for access and ease of moving from floor to floor. There is a sunroom with comfortable seating overlooking the waterway. This game room also includes a Multicade throwback arcade game with all the classic games such as Galaga, Mrs Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug and many more for only a quarter per play. This home is only a few homes away from the Inter-coastal Waterway for painless access to and from your Marine life destinations, eateries and fishing. Appreciate the handsome sunset view from the 2nd or 3rd floor deck. The island has boat launches, a golf course, eateries, put-put golf, kayak and golf cart units, picnic areas, trails, skateboard park, splash pad park, shopping and plenty of access to the beach front for building sand castles and calming in the sun. Don't forget about the closeness to the Oak Island Bridge and Southport. You will want to spend some of your time here exploring the very cozy town of Southport.
