Covered porches on all three levels provide marvelous ocean vistas. This home offers private beach access, along with a swimming pool (open from Easter - October), an enclosed outdoor shower, and a boardwalk shower. With six bedrooms and six and a half baths, including two primary suites with flat-screen TVs, and a second-floor den that includes a wet bar and microwave, this Hobbs Intelligent Home is a cavernous beach escape! The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and suitcases up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/max. of 87°F. Please call our office for more details as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality!' Appreciate a welcome set of starter amenities, including K cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
• Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Some property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your family before you book.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.

• Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Remember to leave feedback! Property owners rely on excellent reviews to stimulate future bookings. They'll be thankful for your review.
