Private heated/cooled pool with 10x12 foot covered/shaded patio ideal for more outdoor calming and entertaining! When you’re ready to settle in to your vacation home, let the elevator do the heavy lifting for your suitcases and grocery needs! Enormous, bright kitchen with gorgeous walk-in pantry, double oven with full size air fryer, commercial grade drink refrigerator to keep your drinks chilled! Entirely outfitted kitchen and all soap/paper products. When you're ready to head out for the day, we're less than a two min. walk to trails along the canal on the left or the wide, handsome beach on the right! Appreciate a short five min. bicycle ride to many of the sweet spots on the island: Middleton Park (kid friendly water park and playground, Farmer’s Market, and Summer Concerts in the Park), Pepperoni Grille (great pizza!), the canal at 40th street (appreciate crabbing and fishing), the Island Way restaurant (a treat for outdoor drinks and dining) and the 9th Street Pier (great for fishing), and more!
