5 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths with charming vistas all the way to the inlet and ICW! Wonderful floor plan with an open concept kitchen, living, and dining. Downstairs you will find two bedrooms each with kings en-suites and walk in showers. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs which include a bedroom with king, another with two queens, and lastly two doubles. Appreciate an additional living area with wet bar and extraordinary vistas. Ample entertaining space throughout the home, indoor and out! Outdoor pavilion includes a private pool, bar area, and grille. Savor your morning coffee overlooking the canal or evening drink on dock! This Pool is NOT heated. The pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, but please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The dock/boat slip and canal are meant to be appreciated responsibly. Please note there are inherent dangers associated with water including drowning. Please be safe and wear a personal flotation device around the water and monitor kids and those are not strong swimmers.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

If your check in date is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.

If your check in date is before Memorial Day or after Labor Day, linens and towels are NOT supplied in the cleaning fee. We do offer them for an additional fee, or you can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event.

**(Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).

We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.

If you cancel at least 60 days prior to your check in date, you will be refunded in full minus a non-returnable fee of 5% of the total reservation (cancellation fee). Cancellations within 60 days prior to check in will not be refunded.

Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.

While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don't follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.

Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.

Sorry, NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).

NO charcoal grilles, fire pits, or deep fryers are allowed on premise.

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.

We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, this vacation home is on the waterfront. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

How to get the best value:

• The earlier your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental property.
• Summer months are high season in Ocean Isle Beach. To find the best value, try shifting your vacation dates to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and even October offer great temperatures, less crowded beaches, and greatly reduced traffic.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to buy vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

Some things to know before you go:

• Add the property manager's contact information to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
• Property managers are available to help! Feel free to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
• Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
• Record any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We specifically recommend e-mails and text messages, as they usually contain time stamps that are valuable if a dispute is filed.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like unpleasant visitors bothering your peaceful neighborhood. Use the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would have never otherwise known!
• Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Neighbors can typically point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to launch your kayaks, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
• Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
• Did your group have a excellent vacation? Many rental home management companies make it easy for customers to provide reviews. If your rental and/or host was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
