On the second floor you will find your huge open concept living room / kitchen / dining room, as well as one bedroom. Show off your expert cooking skills in the very well-equipped kitchen for your entire family to savor. Claim your throne during an intense game of UNO in the comfortable living room or appreciate watching your favorite movies on the enormous TV. The secondary living area is located on the 1st floor and offers tranquility and peaceful from your busy day in the warm sun. Imagine waking up with your favorite morning drink and sitting on one of your four balconies appreciating the vistas of both the glistening ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway.

Accommodating up to 9 guests this home will ensure everybody is well rested for the day ahead. Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st floor with a twin / queen bunk bed, TV, and shared bathroom. Bedrooms #2 & #3 also located on the 1st floor and offer a queen bed, TV, and a shared jack & jill bathroom. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd floor with a king bed, TV, and private bathroom.

Swimming pools are open each year from April 15 thru October 15. Pools are cleaned prior to arrival, and also cleaned mid-stay for 7 nighttime units.
