*Pool Policy: Overnight temps must be in the high 50's at least. Heater usually maintains 10-20 degrees above outdoor temp, available May-October (& often April & November) for an additional fee.

*Cause we know how it is to pack the family car for a beach trip, we provide: Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, laundry and dish detergent, trash bags, and much more.*

We know packing for travel, especially with kids, can be frustrating. We strive to provide as much as we can for our guests. Unlike most beach homes, we provide most personal and household products, some of which include: Shampoo, conditioner, kids shampoo, body wash, cleaning products, laundry and dish detergent, paper towels and toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Holden Beach and Big Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, fishing and swimming adventures can be found near the property.

  • Summertime is high season in the Cape Fear area area. To book the best rental within your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Cape Fear area attractions.

  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer renters an option to obtain vacation insurance protection.
