Open living, dining and kitchen area, 2 Intelligent TV's, WIFI, wood floor, loft sleeping area, update included linens, central heat and air, ceiling fans, entirely equipped kitchen, dishwasher, blender, washer/dryer, back access covered parking with room to park a boat in yard, a huge sun decks, furnished screened porch, outside shower, gas grille (propane not supplied), and outside grilling and eating area.
