Decorated with a coastal feel throughout, your family can relax and spread out in the cavernous open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen area, with comfortable furnishings, and striking ocean vistas! The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need for creating delicious homecooked meals, including refreshed countertops, backsplash, and appliances, with seating for 3 at the center island bar.

Accommodating up to 13 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Queen bed and a Twin bed, TV, ceiling fan, street-side view, and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, street-side view, and private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean view with balcony access, and a private full bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, ceiling fan, ocean view with balcony access, and shares a full bath (shower only) with bedroom #5. Bedroom #5 is located on the 2nd level, offering a King bed, TV, ceiling fan, ocean view with balcony access, and shares a full bath (shower only) with bedroom #4. You will appreciate the additional, comfortably furnished, sitting room on the 2nd level, complete with a Queen couch bed (bed linens not supplied for couch bed).

With your private beach boardwalk, your toes will quickly be dancing in the sand! After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed outdoor shower, with hot & cold water. Savor the photogenic sights of the shining Atlantic Ocean from one of the covered decks, or catch some sunshine on the open sundeck. You will appreciate the covered parking area underneath the home.
