With three bedrooms on the main level and the living space upstairs, this home has all the appeal of a cozy island tree home. The is plenty of additional indoor and outdoor space for the kids to enjoy and play.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Cape Fear area vacation week to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer great weather, , and reduced traffic.
