Our home is catered to keeping you busy. Totally equipped kitchen and Spice Rack. TVs and USB ports are in every bedroom, living room, and Gameroom. HBO is supplied with Spectrum TV. • To ensure that damages aren't linked to your stay, record any problem areas during arrival. Contact the host immediately to relay any damages. If there is a dispute, having the recorded concerns and contact attempts will be helpful.
• Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You will enhance your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local attractions.
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help. Who better to ask where to get the best seafood, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
• Just before checking out, take a walk-through to confirm you have not forget anything. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the rental one final time and look for damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did you have a terrific time? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was fantastic, they would love to hear it. If anything was defective and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
