All guests must sign an Affordable Grand Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Substantial Properties. Affordable Generous Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

• Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants.
• In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
