Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, is home to this condo. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Sunset River Marketplace are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Ingram Planetarium and Tribal Island. Sticking to a spending plan:

  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To find the largest vacation home for your budget, we strongly suggest reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Reserving your vacation rental six to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to search for and reserve your vacation home.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Booking websites typically offer renters an option to buy trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can typically help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Keep your property safe!
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a great vacation? Most rental management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your rental property and/or property manager was terrific, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to fix it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
