• Our home is located within a short distance from the center of island. Arrival is fast and easy over the high access bridge. No need to stop and pick up a key with the Electronic locks.
• We are just a short ride to the beachfront activity center, playground, museum, and mid-island eateries & stores.

No smoking and no family pets are allowed as a courtesy to all guests. Renter must be 25+ years old and stay on premises.

Sticking to your rental home budget:

  • June, July, and August are high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your rental property in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowds.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the rental when you are away, just like you would back home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
