Make Holden The Tradition a tradition for your clan! This oceanfront home includes two covered porches and two private balconies that offer plenty of room to spread out.

You will appreciate the elevated porch chairs, porch swing, boardwalk to the beach, enclosed outdoor shower, and park-style charcoal grille ... and that's only the outside!

Inside features an open floor plan with a comfortably furnished living room with a enormous flat-screen HDTV, a galley-style kitchen with counter seating, a dining area with two tables, cavernous bedrooms, and flat-screen TVs in four bedrooms.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Savor a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring additional layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunk beds, trundles, sleeper couches, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is on the beach. Lockwood Folly Country Club and River's Edge Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to reserve a Cape Fear area rental & When to go:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier you can book a vacation rental, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are reserved very early. Booking your rental 6-12 months before your travel dates is recommended. Winter holidays are excellent times to search for and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Holden Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • Some hosts and property managers offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if special discounts are available for your family.
  • Property managers typically offer guests an option to buy vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for additional information.

Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which oftentimes includes sofa beds. You'll need to establish what is best for your vacation.
  • Some rentals allow pets, but some do not. Allowable types of dog or cat, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the host about pets before booking.
  • Looking for particular amenities? Most websites include search filters for amenities. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
