Our two bedroom loft home is the ideal spot! Master bedroom with loft bedroom (steps area little steep) all amenities, fenced in backyard, entirely fenced in. Plenty of parking and boat parking as well. Very private area just mins. from the beaches, historic Downtown Wilmington and mins. from numerous of our local breweries and parks. We also have outdoor shower.

Getting the most from your rental budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.

You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at popular Cape Fear area attractions and restaurants. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your family qualifies for a discount.
  • Booking websites frequently offer customers an option to purchase trip insurance protection.
