The resort pool is available by Memorial Weekend and closes by October 1st. (The pool may open as early as May 15th and close as early as Labor Day.)

Parking instructions:
2 parking passes supplied. 1 assigned spot and 1 overflow spot. No additional parking passes can be supplied due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional cars must park in paid public parking.

Community washer and dryers are located on floors 2-10 and are available on a first come first serve basis.

**Renovations for the deck railings are underway during the winter. Construction noise will be taking place Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. We apologize for any inconvenience and noise this may cause during your stay and enjoy your understanding.**

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. Sea Scape reserves the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not finished within 48hrs.

• Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Wrightsville Beach. Reserving a rental home in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your vacation. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
• Property management companies sometimes offer promotional rates for active duty military and veterans. Make sure to check with your host or property manager to see if discounts are available for your family.
• Booking websites often offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional gas expenses. • Keep the property locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your vacation.
• Make a record of any damages to the rental at check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that can be very helpful if damages are assessed.
• Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like disagreeable vacationers disrupting your home life. Employ the golden rule for common sense. Happy residents may even recommend great restaurants and places you would have never otherwise known about!
• Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
• On check-out day, complete a final walk-through to make sure you did not leave anything behind. Make sure to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
