PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 28 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 30 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Family Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook in home). User error will result in a service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.

Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

The pool is open year round, however, there is an optional fee of $150 a day to heat the pool between April 1 and October 31. If you want to heat the pool, it can only be heated for the ENTIRETY of your stay, meaning you can NOT pick and choose certain days you want it heated, it has to be for the entire time you're there. The fee must be paid in full at least one week prior to your check-in day, and NO refunds will be given due to bad weather or any other reason. Guests are NOT allowed to adjust the temperature or tamper with the pool equipment. Pools are heated to 84 degrees max. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump does and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to timers.

For this home we provide all bed linens, 1 set of towels per person (1 set includes 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth), and a kitchen towel. We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each restroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, and a trash can liner. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24hr notice in order to provide linens)

Located in Ocean Isle Beach, New - Dune Our Thing, OIB, 5 Bedroom 5 Bathroom, Elevator, Heated Pool on the East End of Ocean Isle is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach. Museum of Coastal Carolina and Ingram Planetarium are also worth visiting. Take an opportunity to explore the area for water adventures such as motor boating.

When to book a Cape Fear area rental home & When to go:

Summer months are high season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the most suitable rental within budget, we highly recommend reserving in Fall or Spring months. You'll enjoy lower rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at your favorite Cape Fear area restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Cape Fear area vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.

Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
Lock your rental while you're away. Protect the owner's property and your things!
When it's time to leave, complete a final walk-through to make sure you didn't leave anything behind. Check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
Go through the property a final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the property manager isn't available, remember to take video of the property to record its condition.
