Ohana Tides is a magnificant, newly modernized oceanfront beach home with an inverted floor plan, an elevator for guest use, open living and dining area with a wall of windows showcasing broad ocean vistas and partial marsh vistas as well! Remodeled kitchen with new cabinets, upsized sink and quartz countertops, with all new appliances and dining for 14 people. All 5 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms are oceanfront. Home also has TVs and ceiling fans in all bedrooms, WIFI, Expanded cable service, a pack 'n play, high chair and a laundry room with washer and dryer. Outdoor amenities include front and back decks, covered porch, picnic table, enclosed shower with hot/cold water, and a foot shower. Brand new outdoor entertaining area with enormous heated pool (pool heater with surcharge). Pool has a 13 foot WATER SLIDE!! Pool heated in the off season @ $100 per day. Outdoor kitchen with gas grille and island sink. Plenty of outdoor sitting space, dining and outdoor lighting. Volleyball court or multiple purpose area for corn hole, horse shoes, etc. Come appreciate a spectacular beach vacation with all the conveniences of home!

Sticking to a budget:

  • To get the best value, try changing your family's Cape Fear area vacation dates to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons.   • Ensure you protect the property owner (and your things!) by locking the rental while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the property a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, take video of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
