Beach access (one with a rare handicap ramp) is just 500 feet away to the right or to the left of the home. You will appreciate the Stainless Steel appliances, redone floor, new vinyl railings on the front decks and refreshed decorations! This is home is the ideal hideaway for families with young kids and teenagers, elderly (can take advantage of the elevator), etc.
