  • Summer months are the most expensive season in the Cape Fear area area. To get the best rental within budget, we recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll enjoy lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of giant crowds at Cape Fear area restaurants, tours, and activities.
  • In the Cape Fear area area, The sooner your group can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early.
