Third Level Oceanfront Two Bedroom Unit 303 Pelican Watch

This condo features an pretty refreshed kitchen with pretty granite counter tops. Oceanfront master and living room. There is a queen bed in the oceanfront master bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and a queen couch sleeper in the living area. Both baths just modernized. Flat screen TVs and DVDs. Unit features high speed wi fi! Pelican Watch has heated indoor pool and spa, outdoor pool, grille area, private complex sundeck, 2 elevators, security and convenient parking and check in and out. LINEN ARE PROVIDED WITH RENTAL.

Max Occupancy: 6 GUESTS MUST BE 25 OR ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT FOR DURATION OF STAY.
No Smoking Smoking on balcony only with glass doors completely closed & butts disposed of properly & responsibly.
