Pendleton Palms Beach House is a roomy, very generously furnished fresh home and a incredible choice for your weekly vacation or fast off season get-a-way.

The back of Pendleton Palm is waterfront with private dock on a canal waterway. These canals are manmade. Some of the older canals have natural edges, and the newer ones have nicer concrete sides to them. 35 Moore is on one of the concrete canals, which is boat navigable at all tide levels. This canal waterway is tied into the Intracoastal Waterway a short distance away. At Ocean Isle Beach, there is a “beach access” street every multiple blocks. The town of Ocean Isle was very thoughtful in setting up tons of beach accesses with parking, unlike most, if not all, of the other close by beaches. Moore Street is one street over from beach access Goldsboro St. in a peaceful part of the island that does not get many “daytrippers” and 1.1 miles from the island center. The 35 Moore is about 550 yards from the beach.

The cavernous well-appointed 35 Moore has an open floor plan and very enormous kitchen. The private dock, great outdoor space, fenced yard, ping pong table all will make this home a marvelous spot for your next family vacation.

The home features and huge great room with “real” wood floors throughout, a sizable bar with seating for 5 in the kitchen and dining table that comfortably seats 6 – 11 in total.

The kitchen is entirely equipped with modren stainless appliances and gas stove. Plenty of pots pans and cooking accessories including crock pot and blender.

There is plenty of room to spread out for multiple family groups.

Elevator goes to all levels- 28″door opening, then inside- 30″ wide x 44″ deep x 78″ tall.

Dock has water hose and a shower at the dock, which is very handy for our boater guests. Outside underneath home is a nice gas grille, table, and ceiling fans (not many outdoor spaces can boast ceiling fans). The covered underneath is a great gathering area for family conversation, hanging out, and games – includes two outdoor swings, tables, and ample comfortable seating. The outdoor space at 35 Moore is one of the nicer ones on the island.

The extras you find throughout all provide a nice touch for families and make 35 Moore St. is a great value and a great family choice. All bedrooms are very spacious. Details of bedrooms and outdoor space as follows:

Strategies to get the best Ocean Isle Beach rental home experience:

Getting the most from your rental home budget:

  • Summer time is high season in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your Cape Fear area vacation in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers frequently offer renters an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for additional information.
  • Many management companies supply Cape Fear area area visitor guide magazines which often include special deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Make a plan and pick a perfectrental home:

  • Choose your vacation week and maximum budget.
  • Note the number beds and the bed configuration your family needs. Pendleton Palms Canal Waterfront BeachHouse-4br\/4.5ba elevator, dock, pingpong has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts & types is regularly accessible on booking websites. If not, email the host before reserving your home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to work out what is optimal for your vacation.
  • If there's a certain Cape Fear area beach you crave, search for homes that are either nearby, or those that cater to your desires.
  • Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are included before booking.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some don't. Allowable types of pet, weight and breeds may be restricted, and additional charges may apply. Ask the host about pet restrictions before booking.

More considerations:

  • Be sure you get the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental. We recommend storing the manager's contact information in your smartphone.
  • Record any damages to the property upon arrival, and immediately e-mail them to the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are useful if a dispute is filed.
  • Property managers are there to help! Don't be shy to ask questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking policies can make a stay more pleasurable. You will magnify your chance to make some new local friends, and resident neighbors are often a fantastic resource to find the best local restaurants, beaches, and hangouts.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Residents can usually help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Keep the property locked while you're out! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all personal belongings. Re-check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did you have a excellent stay? Many rental websites make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your rental property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to address it within reason, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
