When it is time to turn in for the evening, a King Master Bedroom with Cable TV and an attached Master Bath that was just refreshed in 2021 is the ideal place to relax. A separate bedroom is down the hall with a Queen bed and a twin bed with access to a separate full upgraded bathroom as well.

As you pull up, you will have two reserved parking spots where you can park your car for the entire visit and walk to eateries, ice cream, coffee , clothing and grocery stores in downtwon Wrightsville Beach. Get the best rental value:

  • In the Cape Fear area area, The earlier your group can book a rental home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are reserved early. Reserving your vacation rental 6-12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation home.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this method to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Ask your host or property manager if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer their guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually point you in the right direction. Who better to ask where to take kids for a treat, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Upon check-out, take a walk-through to confirm you did not forget anything. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
