This 4 bedroom home: Bedroom 1-King, Bedroom 2-1 Queen, Bedroom 3 and 4 each have one Full and one Single bed as well as 2 full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Entirely fenced yard, ideal for kids and family pets/with non returnable pet fee. The front porch is screened and has tables and chairs so you can appreciate time outside. The home has a grille, washer/dryer, completely furnished kitchen and beach toys, chairs and body boards. There are ceiling fans and tv's in the living room and 3 bedrooms. Appreciate dinner or beverages on the roof top deck and view spectacular sunsets! We also own the Sunset Hideaway home next door. Check it out on vrbo property no. 487493. Great for a sizable family get-togethers or get togethers. Summer rental is from Saturday to Saturday.

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal NC. To get the largest rental home within your budget, we suggest booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of giant crowds at popular attractions and restaurants. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during June, July, and August.
  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Property managers frequently offer customers an option to buy trip insurance protection.   • Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the rental to reconfirm you've collected all of your things. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
