Welcome to A Shore Thing, beach home! The location is exceptional on This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach bungalow. Sit on the front deck and watch the sunrise and sunset and relax! DOG FRIENDLY!! I provide toilet paper, paper towels, linens, laundry detergent and dish detergent! I want my home to feel like your home away from home and build memories just as I have with my family.

When to book a Cape Fear area rental home & When to go:

  • Summertime is high season in the Cape Fear area area. Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to purchase trip insurance protection.   • Ensure you protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking the property while you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Go through the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We suggest inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, remember to take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
